  • How Do I Book One Of Your Acts?

  • Are Apollo Music Acts Exclusive?

    Yes our performers are exclusive to Apollo Music, each act has been carefully chosen and trained by our professional team to deliver the highest standards for our clients events.

    Our management team ensure each act is equipped with high end tour grade equipment, tailored dress & trained to deliver for all event types.

  • How Long Do The Bands Take to Set-Up?

    Weddings – Upon arrival our band’s will require 60 minutes to set up the show, the band will also need 45 minutes to de-rig the show after the event.

    Corporate – For large scale events of 250 + our band’s will require 90 minutes to set up the show, the band will also need 60 minutes to de-rig the show after the event.

  • How much space to the band require?

    Our bands require the following performance spaces;

    4pc Line-Up’s – Require 4m x 2.5m (WxD)

    5pc Line-Up’s – Require 5m x 3m (WxD)

    6pc Line-Up’s – Require 5m x 3m (WxD)

    The above are optimum guideline requirements, please note our bands can fit into smaller performance spaces if required.

  • Are the bands sound limiter friendly?

    Yes, all of our bands are sound limiter friendly. This means our teams can perform at any venue with sound level-restrictions.

    Our bands are all equipped with high-end digital sound equipment along with the option of professional tour grade electric drum kits, the ensures incredible shows can be delivered within any venues sound level allowances.

    Please notify the band if any Sound limiters are in force at your event, our team are extremely experienced in-dealing with sound limiters, however it’s essential we are notified prior to the event so we can bring the correct equipment spec for your event.

  • What happens if i have to cancel my event?

    We endeavour to support all clients in the scenario where by they are forced to cancel their booking. There are no additional costs for making a postponement, and no cancellation fee’s if more than 120 days notice is given. For cancellations inside of 120 days, the following cancellation fee’s apply.

    Cancellation Terms

    Cancellation after 7 days of booking being made = Deposit Non-Refundable

    Cancellation 120 days before event = 50% of overall balance

    Cancellation 90 days before event = 100% of overall balance.

  • Do your acts have PLI & PAT Certification?

    Our acts are covered by full PLI (Public Liability Insurance) up-to (5m). Documentation is provided for all clients upon booking.

    Apollo Music agree to supply all professional equipment in excellent working order, along with PAT testing certification provided upon booking.

  • Can your acts offer flexible curfews after midnight?

    If your event overruns past the agreed curfew (usually midnight) our acts will charge a performance extension fee of £250 per hour. This additional fee will invoiced following your event by Apollo Music.

  • Are we guaranteed the performers as seen in the music video's?

    We guarantee 100% performance, in the event of band member illness, or if musicians featured in promotional videos become unavailable for your date, we will call upon our professional deputy’s who have experience playing with the band. Our deputies are of like for like standard, and have experience with the bands show, set-list’s and standards. You are in safe hands with our team.

  • Can we choose the bands set-list?

    Our bands set-list’s have been carefully refined over the years to keep dance-floors in full swing throughout the night. Our show is run using click tracks which offers a seamless flow from song to song whilst giving our singers control to move material around playing to what the dance-floor is responding well too.

    We strongly recommend keeping the bands show in its current form so the team can deliver their best for you on the big day, however we can of  tailor sets by using ‘Swaps’ of between 5-6 songs with others from the bands wider repertoire.

  • Can the band perform my First Dance?

    Yes, the team would be honoured to perform your first dance for you. For the vast majority of first dance request’s our team will be familiar already with the material and will specially arrange this for your big day.

    For bespoke or more complex arrangements, our team may charge a small rehearsal fee to cover costs of arranging bespoke requests.

  • Can i see the band live ahead of my event?

    Yes, we have 2 prestigious residencies at both the Jam House Birmingham & The Belfry Hotel & Resort. We frequently hold public events where we invite our clients along with their  family and friends to experience the excitement of our live shows.

    Jam House Birmingham Live Show’s – Thursday’s (4 times & year)

    Belfry Hotel & Resort Live Show’s – Friday’s (4 times a year)
